当地时间5月26日，我国第十七批赴黎巴嫩维和部队第二梯队名官兵，搭乘联合国包机，经过近10个小时的长途飞行，安全顺利地抵达贝鲁特国际机场，并在第一时间进驻位于黎巴嫩南部的各自营区。

至此，中国新一批赴黎维和部队人全部部署到任务区。

新一批赴黎维和部队，由陆军第74、75集团军和桂林联勤保障中心抽调人员组建，下辖一个多功能工兵分队、一个建筑工兵分队和一个医疗分队，共分两个梯队前往黎巴嫩，第一梯队已于本月18日抵达，随后在南部任务区完成与第16批赴黎维和部队的轮换交接工作。

据了解，自6年中国应联合国请求派出赴黎巴嫩维和部队以来，共向黎巴嫩地区派出数千人次维和人员。

这些中国军人被部署在黎巴嫩南部地区，主要担负扫雷排爆、蓝线栽桩、工程建设与维护、卫生防疫、人道主义救援、联合国驻黎巴嫩临时部队伤病员救治和前接后送等工作。
